Before You Build/Make Additions Edit page

Before you build or change the outside of your home, make sure that you get approval from the Architectural Committee. 

There are descriptions of what you cannot change on the outside of your house according to the Covenants as well as how close you can build to your property lines. Make sure that you look over these and then contact the chairman of the Architectural Committee to submit your plans to get the approval. The Covenants and By-laws are located under Governace on the Web page. The chairman of the Architectural Committee is listed in the Directory and Contacts under AGPOA Committees.
